L’École de design Nantes Atlantique
L’École de design Nantes Atlantique is a private institution for higher education dedicated to design professions, supported by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Nantes (France).
The school’s project is based on four values embodying our vision of design:
- the recognition of creative workers as true professionals,
- the promotion of design as a strong economic asset,
- design as a trigger for innovation,
- design as a practice that tackles social, economic and environmental issues in a responsible way.
Activities of the school includes
- a 3-year undergraduate program, with 4 options: Spatial Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or Product Design.
- a 2-year postgraduate course leading to a Master’s Degree in design certified by the French Ministry of Higher Education, divided in 7 cross-disciplinary programs.
- 2-year vocational training courses
- continuing education;
- business services and design-promoting activities .
SAMOA Quartier de la Création
SAMOA Quartier de la Création is the newly launched cluster for creative industries at the center of the urban renewal of the “Ile de Nantes”, located in the center of Nantes (Western France). The TANGO exhibition will be included in the official program of the second edition of “Les Ateliers du Quartier de la Création” in early March 2013.
