The TANGO project is a collaboration between academic partners from Helsinki (Finland), Nantes (France) and Milan (Italy) :

Each co-organising partner has gathered a set of local partners for both the courses, workshops and projects developped with the local population of each city, and the presentation of the project through public exhibitions and publications.
